Fashion mogul Gucci recently opened their main Sydney store with a cocktail and dinner party. The cocktail party was launched in the store on Castlereach Street, and guests later shifted to a personalized space in Westfield for dinner.
Kirstie Clements of Vogue, Louise Vorst, Alice Burdeu, Jodhi Meares and Lara Bingle all took part in the event, and enjoyed a private performance by Anna Calvi of the UK. Calvi’s songs were featured at Gucci’s autumn/winter show earlier this year as well.
The company’s creative director Frida Giannini also designed a special addition to the Sydney collection in honor of the event. A percentage of its sales will be given to the Australian Childhood Foundation, which offers aid to struggling children.
